Common Artisan Photo Booth Questions

  • You can reserve your date by completing the form. Submitting the form initiates a detailed quote, specific to your requests and we'll lightly pencil you in for two weeks while you think things over. This does not hold or guarantee your date and other reservations can be made without notice to you. Like your momma said, “get while the gettin’s good”. If you haven’t reserved within the two weeks and without a confirmation (reservation fee and a signed service agreement) from you, we'll release your inquiry.

    To secure your date, simply move through the simple steps in your FlashBar Hub and you're set! Easy, breezy.

  • For The Artisan, we can print photos instantly. All reservations receive a digital photo gallery that is shared with your guests as they snap photos.

  • Depending on how close you are with your fellow party goers, it's very possible to fit up to around 20 or more people in a shot.

    The real question is how many photos will it take to get it just right?

  • In short, no. We’ve found the vast majority of our clients simply don’t want or ask for them, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t fun and required in some thematic instances. So, let’s talk. We have some ideas for props that photograph the best - and that your guests will love.

    Our signature prop that is adored by hundreds of guests: the disco ball. We don’t take it to every event, but if you want it, make sure to let us know.

  • Depending on a variety of variables, about 1 hour to unload and be fully set up.

  • We need is a 10’x10’ square area within 10-20 feet of a dedicated outlet that’s not shared with another vendor - this includes up lighting. Most often we'll use just under the 10x10 space, but we like to start there for breathing room.

    Remember when you were wondering how many people could fit in a photo? Every last square foot counts.

  • Most outdoor scenarios are a no go for our service, but please feel free to ask us about your venue. We might be able to make your unique scenario work.

  • Our reservation timing is Half Day “up to” 4 consecutive hours. You can use all four hours or some of that 4 hours.
